In 1998 Air Force Naval Housing Board awarded a Turn Key Contract to develop and construct hundred farm house units of 1 Acre each for Air Force & Navy officers at Palwal NUH road District Faridabad, Haryana. It was a challenge to complete the project in time with complete infrastructure development including construction of Roads, Individual bore well for water supply, over head Lt & HT Electrical lines and the entire project has been fenced with RCC Poles with four rows of barbed wire for individual units.

Based on our past performance and companies commitment to deliver as per the specification within the stipulated time frame. AFNHB awarded us the on going project of Silver Heights a Pondha, Dehradun. This project comprises of construction of 124 Duplex houses for Air Force & Navy Officers on 180 Sq Yards plots each, having a super area of 1486 Sq Ft along with external development construction of Roads with drains, centralized bore well with over head tank having capacity of 2.5 lacs liters water with supply system, overhead electrical LT & HT lines, Retaining walls and culverts, shopping, Health Club, Tennis Courts & to fenced the total colony with RCC poles with barbed wires. The cost of ongoing project is approx 22 Crores. The Silver Heights project have been completed in time and handed over also. The company now specialized in all type of development for township on Turn Key Basis.
